Change habits to become peaceful, humble, and kind.

Change habits to become peaceful, humble, and kind.

If we watch how we are living our lives, we will see that we act & react out of our habits. These habits are so deeply engraved in our consciousness that it's very hard to break them. These habits are the very reason for our becoming angry, unpeaceful, worried, and all that negativities.


We must change our habits to become really peaceful, really humble, really kind, really loving which actually is our innate nature.


When we become peaceful, then we move away from our habits. We enter into a totally new space. And in that space we find that naturally we are very humble, very kind & very loving.


So when we wake up in the morning, the first thing we should do is feel our dancing heart. God is operating through our heart and is dancing. We should thank it for keeping me alive!


And then start feeling that your insides are becoming peaceful. Just ask the Divine- pray to God that please make my insides peaceful, and immediately we would become peaceful.


Many times during the day (maybe every hour), we should watch the state of our insides and make sure that they are peaceful. If they are not, then we should just pray and it would become peaceful.
