The Face of Love

The Face of Love

The Face of Love

This week, the practice we are going to do is so beautiful. We would see why we are, the way we are.

As we all know, another name of God or creator is love. And He creates love. All His creation is an expression of His love. He created us, and out of Him only love gets created. So we all are, in truth, love.

Our faces should be faces of love. But we have lost our true faces because we became disconnected with our self. That's why these faces are insecure faces, fearful faces, unpeaceful faces, angry faces, and faces of complaints.

These are not our faces. We must reclaim our faces by connecting ourselves with our true self within.

In order to do that, let us please close our eyes and lower our head towards our heart area. Recognize that our dancing hearts, our dancing pulse, are the acts of the creator. Our creator is making our hearts dance. Dance with love, dance with gratitude, dance peacefully, quietly.

With a lowered head, looking at the dancing heart, now feel your face. Is it a face of anger? Is it a face of complaints? Is it a face of fear?

We want to make our faces consciously loving faces. Make your lips as if they are ready to smile. Feel that our face is peaceful, ready to smile, full of love for the divine and full of gratitude.

With every dance of the heart, we are going to express our gratitude to the very power who created us and who is dancing through the heart. With every dance step of the heart, say to that power: grateful, grateful, grateful, so grateful…. Make sure that the expression on our face is loving and feeling of gratefulness.

Please keep on saying this to Him, uttering this to Him, or just quietly, silently with our consciousness, say this to Him with every dance, every step of the heart.

Please do it many times during the day. Soon, as we start saying grateful, by becoming more present, more loving, we would start feeling tears of gratitude, tears of love.

When we open our eyes, don’t open them abruptly. Open them silently, feeling that your face is smiling, your face is peaceful, your face is full of gratefulness.

So kind of you. How beautiful you are that you have the courage to transform our lives into the most beautiful experience of human life.

God bless you. And please remember that He loves His creation. He loves us so much. He loves you so much.

Let’s make ourselves, our homes, workplaces, our communities, and our world truly beautiful by transforming ourselves
