This week, many times during the day, let us bring our mind back (which is running outward) at the forehead, in between the eyebrows. Practice this many times during the day.


While you are at work, you will find moments when you are alone, during breaks, and at many other times.Then mind would start feeling the beauty of this moment; and then it won’t go away.
