This week, every day of the week, do the following for minimum of 5 minutes each


1. We would close our eyes and think of the things for which we should offer our gratitude to the Divine. let those blessings for which you feel grateful to God, come out of you as a song, and then sing that song.


Singing is the most beneficial act we can do both for our bodies as well as our consciousness.


2.Second time again, with closed eyes, pray to God that please make me calm, loving, and cheerful. O My Beloved, please make me calm, cheerful, and loving (but not in this order or this way, or these very words).


3. And the third time, again, for five minutes, either sing the song of gratitude or pray to Him, asking for calmness and cheerfulness.
