The Divine has created this human body and this human body is a mare and the Divine is riding the mare. He is always with it.

The Divine is riding this mare, He has come to marry me off from the world. I am living in the world, and He has come to marry me and take me out of the world to His mansion.

The purpose of life; that we have been thrown into this world, the world of desires, sufferings, pains, insecurities, fears, all that, and He is here, already here, to marry us off.

It's the Divine power itself, which is dancing in the heart. Let's recognise, we can never recognise this blessing of His, the blessing of human body, human consciousness, 

Everybody is, every body is priceless, because it is the abode of the Divine, it is the temple of the Divine, it's the living temple of the Divine, from where the Divine can be realised.

This very body, is the very place where we can meet God. Nowhere else in the whole universe. What value anybody can put on this, that where we can meet God, where we can know who am I? Please feel the body.

This letter from Melbourne, Australia, they write that: “After long prayers and begging the Divine, I am able to hear the dance of the heart now. And, when I listen to the dance of the heart, I feel the time has stopped; and I have entered into some, so beautiful, world.”

Like a river is running day and night towards it's Beloved, it's source, the ocean. She is so grateful to it's source, that You made me see the world.

You made me see the mountains, You made me see the plains, You made me see Your creation.

The river is so grateful, and running towards its source day and night, it wants to sacrifice its being, it wants to dissolve herself into her Beloved, her source. Dissolve into Him, lose it's identity. 

We wake up in the holy congregation and the wisdom in us arises. That wisdom which feels our insides, that wisdom which feels the dancing heart.

Then, doing more and more and more Simran*, we reach a state where we recognise that it is Divine whom I have been calling 'me'. And this transformation happens in the holy congregation.

And in the holy congregation we fall in love with the Divine, as the river has fallen in love. Fallen. That's why it is flowing towards the lower levels, because it has fallen.

The river has fallen in love with the ocean, so it is moving to the lower grounds. So we fall in love with the Divine too. How? By becoming humble. It's the humility in us which unites with the Divine and makes us fall in love with Him. Humility, kindness and love; when they all come together.

In this mansion, whom I call my body, the Lord of the Universe is sitting there. We wake up, only through meditation, while keeping the name of the Divine in our consciousness. As long as we remain in thoughts, our consciousness is wandering everywhere. There is no chance for us to know who we are, because we are not still enough to know who we are.

The running river has to fall into the ocean, to know… When it becomes peaceful there, then it knows that ‘‘I was the same as the ocean. Ocean is made of water, me too.’’ Only, when she became still.

Meditation wakes us up.

Our mind dwells at the naval point. Thoughts come at the forehead, but the seat of the mind is at the naval point, so when we are worried, anxious, you can feel the tension at the naval point.

Mind is tense, tension is at the naval point. So we have to release ourselves from the hands of the mind.

On one hand we are fighting with the mind to set ourselves free, and on the other hand, we are talking so lovingly to our mind. ‘‘Oh my mind, my so beautiful, lovely mind, come to the moment, come to the present, in the present we will meet our Beloved.’’

Singing is so important. Just like the meditation, Simran, singing also removes the blocks in the street of the present, which the mind has created with tension.

‘‘Oh my mind, let's go into the street of the present, there we are blessed with life. We are made to wake up. And the Divine, purifies us, imbues us with His love, decorates us with beautiful virtues of humility, kindness.

Let's go to the street of the Ishq*, let's make our house there, in the street of the present.”

What one has, and what one does not have, they have absolute, absolutely nothing to do with waking up and recognising that ‘‘I am the treasure of all beauties, all true wealth's.’’

We are supposed to use wisely, what we have been blessed with, what He is blessing us, and what He is going to bless us with. Even the worldly things, we are supposed to use them wisely.

Who has a bigger house, bigger car, bigger bank account, has absolutely nothing to do with the beauty of life. Those things never make us peaceful, still. They never make us humble, they never make us loving, they never make us kind. The reverse happens.

‘‘Who is bigger, the one who has more worldly riches?’’ … ‘’No! The one who is united with God, that is the bigger.’’

To be great in life, is not to have those worldly things. To be great means, to become still enough, to recognise ourselves and recognise that this is the one...

The importance in human life is to be humble, kind and loving. This is the important thing. These are the big things in life. Not the big houses, and big cars and big chairs (note: Chair here means positions of worldly power f.e. In government offices or in companies). No, no.

We are on the way to merge with God, now, we have to work, because this opportunity happens once in many life times. And it requires all of us, all of ourselves. (note: “all of us” does not refer to us in numbers but in terms of it requires everything, all of our effort.)

We will have to change our habits, our priorities, because we are climbing on such a steep hill.
