Waheguru.

Let us please become focused at the heart area and pray to the Divine, that: ‘‘Oh my Lord, Creator, be merciful to me so that I may hear the truth.’’

The truth can only be heard through the heart.

The Lord of the universe is sitting right within this body of mine. Right within this body of mine there is the mansion of the Divine, who is infinite, but He cannot be accessed through the mind. The mind's movement is always either in the past or in the future.

It's inaccessible to the mind. The Divine is inaccessible to the mind, mind is always in the past or in the future, parallel to the earth. But the path to His mansion is upward.

This week's commitment is going to be that many times during the day, we are going to become conscious about three things. One thing, that I am dwelling within the Divine. Second thing, the Divine is dwelling within me. Third thing, I'm always connected to the earth, which is most humble, most loving.

So, I'm always connected to humility, I am always connected to love, I am always dwelling within God, I am always the house of God; the mansion of God.

If we have time, we should sit down, feel our feet connected to the earth and remember, I am plugged to the earth, I am plugged to humility, I am plugged to love. We must please, practise this consciously, many times during the day, and then this practise is going to transform us. This practise and the meditation.

We have been trying to understand, why there are sufferings, why we all are suffering. Because there are infinite number of things, articles, places, which are there in the bazaar of the world, and to sell those things to us, countless money is being spent and, in those advertisements, we are made to believe that I need it, because they are designed that way.

And whenever any of our neighbours, friends, relatives, anybody at work buys that thing, our mind says: ‘‘I need that, too. I need it.’’ That was not needed, that was a false need which was created by the world.

Because of that, we remain stressed, because of fulfilling the false needs, we remain anxious, we remain unpeaceful, there are conflicts within us, around us, we are suffering.

We want to surpass others in this worldly race, and in this, such a strong storm, we are so badly surrounded by this so strong storm, that we don't know who we are, we don't know what I really need, we don't know what my interests are, we don't know what my capacity is, who I am. In that storm.

Everyday… this person has become billionaire, that has become trillionaire… and, my relatives have bought another house to rent! Only, how can we stay sane in such a storm?

Please, this must be understood so clearly, that in our previous life time, we could not get out of this storm. That's why He sent us back and said: ‘‘Go back and do what you are supposed to do, recognise yourself, that you are, whom people call Divine.’’

It's another thing, at this state of your consciousness, you cannot imagine this, but change the course of life and you would start seeing the truth.

The whole world is suffering, the whole world is anxious, stressed, suffering in this race, the whole world. And HKL is to live the right path of life, where the path is just opposite to the path of sufferings.

To live out of mind is to be in misery, to be always empty, hungry, of so many things. But, as soon as we start walking the right path, which we are supposed to, upward; we become peaceful.

Oh my dear sister friends, I have heard the news today. What are the news? The news that I am always within my Beloved, always within Him and He is always within me.

And this news has made my body and mind so excited. I don't have to go anywhere to find peace, to meet God, to know who I am.

Walking that path to my Beloved's mansion, which is upward, I have become totally still within, satiated. All content.

Singing, what a way! Just singing puts us on that path, right path, to live human live.

Meditation makes our insides still, peaceful. All that storm around us starts disappearing, the moment we start meditation. There is no other way to become free of that storm.

Humility becomes the cup in which He pours the truth. Pours the truth, to drink.

Meditation is the answer to all the questions about life. Meditation is the solution of all the sufferings of humanity.

Those who start walking this path of life, ascending upwards, they start singing the glory of that path. The path of love. Pure love. This path, completely changes the direction of our lives. It puts us on a path which gives us everything which we need.

We look for love from others, but we find that love from others is conditional and not true, never everlasting. But love within, is unconditional and true love. ‘‘I'm the reservoir of love, I don't need love from outside.’’

There is a story, that once God was talking to Himself – like sometimes we talk to ourselves, too – and God was saying: ‘‘Whom should I put on the right path? Whom should I bring into my own mansion?’’

And people were listening and thinking: ‘‘Let's see whom He will pick.’’

‘‘Whom should I put on the right path? Whom should I put on the path to my mansion?’’

One person stood up and bowed down to Him and said: ‘‘My Beloved, merciful Beloved, please put me on the right path.’’ and God did so immediately.

God does not care whether we are able or unable, God cares whether we are available or not available. 

Only thing He sees, whether are we available or not?

You are not available, you are so much engrossed in that storm…
