HKL Event Media Policy
At HKL events, photographs, video, audio recordings and livestreams may be captured to help share the message and mission of Humility, Kindness and Love.
Photography, Video & Recording
By entering or attending an HKL event, you acknowledge and consent that you may be photographed, filmed, recorded or appear in a livestream.
HKL may use event photographs and recordings for charitable, educational, historical, news, communication and promotional purposes, including on HKL websites, social media, livestreams, presentations, publications and other media.
Children
Minor children attending HKL events must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Children attending an event may appear in photographs, video, audio recordings, livestreams and other media captured as part of the event.
If You Prefer Not to Be Recorded
If you prefer not to be intentionally photographed, filmed or interviewed, please inform the HKL Registration Team before entering the event. HKL will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request; however, incidental appearance in crowd, audience or wide-angle photographs and recordings may not always be avoidable.
Privacy
HKL handles personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the HKL Privacy Policy.
