Waheguru.
To listen to the truth, is such an accident in ones life which causes one to merge with God. To listen to truth is such a miracle. This miracle happens to the rare ones, and to whomsoever this miracle happens, they become one with the Divine.
So we can imagine that it's the rare ones who get to listen to truth. The Divine...the whole space, is nothing but the expansion of the Divine. And the Divine is vibrating...it's presence is vibrating in the entire universe, in the space, which is limitless, with a specific frequency, His vibrations are happening at a specific frequency. The Divine within us, is the same Divine, that too, within us too, the same vibrations are taking place at the same frequency as they are outside. But our insides, Divine's vibrations, and the sound are so subtle that they can only be heard when we become totally still within.
The purpose of the meditation is to wake us up. To wake our insides up, the process is, by making our insides vibrate, the word Waheguru is...four letters, are arranged in such a way — Wa He Gu Ru...four letters, or four sounds; are arranged in such a way, that it resonates with the frequency, with which the Divine is vibrating. So, the word Waheguru, creates vibrations which resonate with the Divine's vibrations throughout the universe. When we utter this word, it's frequency of vibration is the same. It resonates with the Divine's frequency of vibration, the Divine which is within us and without. So, by chanting this word Waheguru, because it resonates with the Divine who is sitting within us, the Waheguru word, sound, vibrations, resonates with the Divine's vibrations, so it makes the inner Divine's vibrations more audible.
Slowly, and slowly, our entire insides start vibrating with the same frequency as it is happening outside.
So, whichever word works for you, the main thing is, that we are on the path to merge with God. If any other word you feel more comfortable with, that's perfectly fine. The goal is to wake up, and recognise that we are filled with the Divine, we are nothing but the Divine Himself.
Through meditation we become fearless, because meditation wakes us up. Waking up means we start recognising that whom we have been calling 'me', is actually the abode of the Divine, and the Divine is fearless. That Divine is now coming up, it's revealing itself, it's overtaking, the regime of the mind is being overthrown.
The meditation makes the Divine within, vibrate with that frequency; that wakes us up, and the Divine starts revealing itself. The Divine's presence starts overtaking our thoughts, the way we look, the way we behave and we start feeling fearless, as the Divine's presence is becoming stronger and stronger, we feel fearless. It's not 'we' feel fearless, we are feeling that there is something fearless within. No longer there is any fear in me. That is actually the revelation of the Divine within.
But our relationship with Him is very important. The path is the path of love, which leads to the Divine's home, the Divine's mansion. Love. So, we must establish a very loving relationship with His presence.
Only those become imbued with the love of Divine, and Divine is love, who always remain, who always keep their face towards Him within, not looking here, there, everywhere.
And only those recognise the presence of the Divine, and get to know Him, only those, they get to recognise the Divine within and establish relationship with Him. It is only those, who establish so firm relationship with the Divine, those who know how to love.
Those who know how to love. We only know how to become attached with others, we don't know what love is. Only those who know how to love Him, they reach Him. Others fall off the path, because they didn't know how to establish that strong, pure, loving relationship.
They fall away from the path, because their relationship was not that strong, which would keep them pulling towards Him. Not to have strong unbreakable relationship with Him, does not take us anywhere. We can fall off the path anytime.
Many times we can rise up to some good heights, but if the love with Him is not that strong, we would fall and again, we would fall into the lap of the mind, mind — the house of sufferings, the house of resistance, negativity.
The meditation puts us on the right path to live human life. The right path is where our consciousness keeps becoming more and more pure, purer, purer, eventually holy, and it expands and grows.
Where our old way to live out of our minds, to live out of our thinking was the path, where our consciousness was becoming more and more impure, more and more impure by the day, and impurities in our consciousness, make us weak.
That's why many people fail to walk the path, even after knowing, that what a beauty this path is, the right path for humanity, for all humanity.
Meditation changes the direction of life, the meditation changes the direction of our life and we start feeling that every day, we are going to become more and more still, more and more beautiful, more and more loving, more and more, life is going to become truly glorious and celebrative.
Whosoever becomes awake and determined enough to walk this path, determined enough to get out of the hands of the mind — get out of the hands of the mind, which is resistance and negativity. Mind will never let us change, mind will keep us in that stagnant stage of consciousness.
Even the feet walking this path start throbbing with love — rom rom* — and we can start feeling the glimpse of such a beautiful face of ours. The youthful eyes of the world, youthful eyes, means whose insides are strong, that has got nothing to do with the strength of the body.
Whose insides are strong, who are determined to reach upward and desire to see how does the world look from up there! Those with youthful eyes, those with youthful heart, they become attracted to the right way of living life. They become attracted to rise upward and their lives become a story, a most beautiful, interesting story.
Oh my mind, you are always either in the past, or in the future, you never are here, you never let me live. Neither you can live, nor you let me live, life is here now within, upward, it's not left and right.
Oh my mind, please leave this habit of yours, and your habit of postponing, your habit of resistance not to do it.
Whosoever starts walking upward, the humility starts coming within them, more and more humility by the day. And one day their insides become ruled by humility. Every action they do is out of humility.
