Our daily practice for the coming week to become more humble, kinder, loving & forgiving is to sit peacefully with closed eyes and check the state of our consciousness. Do this at least four or five times a day, for a minimum of five minutes each time.
Close your eyes and feel: Am I peaceful? Am I loving? Am I kinder? Am I forgiving? Or am I angry, worried, reactive, or insecure?
After recognizing fully how we feel within, with closed eyes, then ask your insides very lovingly and kindly, to become peaceful. Let us become more peaceful and relaxed.
Have faith that everything is going to work out fine. Most of the time, my worries never took place. Nature will take care of things.
Remain grateful to God for everything, and pray to Him for everybody's wellbeing.
